The importance of accessories and fun!
Accessories are your best friend later on 40. They can add focus to your top role, highlight your face, cover-up your breadbasket and in addition can add some much needed colour to some very irksome outfits. Here is one of my rather boring dresses. The color is so pale that I most look similar I have nothing on! The wearing apparel is perfect for hot summertime days though, as it's made of sparse cotton wool, has lots of openings for legs and is allround comfortable.
Clothes are meant to be fun and in this dress you can certainly get wild. Showing of your legs with lovely swirls and jumping in the air is not a problem at all. You lot may really exist able to create quite a lovely Marilyn Munroe moment with this clothes too!
You may wonder if it'due south ok to have splits in dresses and skirts that show off this much leg. I think it is, and then long every bit information technology is rather subtle. In this instance my dress actaully has a very decent length for us forty plussers. The fact that it has large splits and shows off some leg does not bother me at all. We can nevertheless be sexy and if you lot accept the legs, and so by all means show them off! This is what makes this dress a little more fun and flrity and without these splits, i probably would non take considered buying this clothes.
I could have upped the accessories a little more with this apparel. I now have a lovely royal hat which would be perfect with this! A dainty jacket with it would have been groovy too and I should take showed it with a regal cardigan I have….
